The thought of condensing your 90,000-word masterpiece into a one-page query letter and a dreaded two-page synopsis makes you want to lock your manuscript in a drawer and never look at it again. Writing a book is a deeply personal, often isolating journey. But it does not have to be a lonely one. Welcome to your ultimate creative partnership. Whether you are stuck in the messy middle of a first draft, fighting a plot hole that threatens to derail your entire narrative, or preparing to pitch your dream literary agents, you have come to the right place. Through tailored, strategic book coaching, we will take your manuscript from a great idea, to a passionate draft to a polished, market-ready reality.
Cancellation Policy
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel this contract. However, by booking a session that takes place within this 14-day window, you expressly request that the services begin early. If you choose to cancel within the 14 days after a session has already been delivered, you will receive a prorated refund minus the cost of any coaching sessions already provided. The 6-week coaching package is designed to maintain writing momentum and must be completed within 8 weeks of your first session. Any sessions not scheduled or utilized within this 8-week window will automatically expire and are non-refundable, unless a formal pause is mutually agreed upon in writing due to mitigating circumstances. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. If you cancel or request a reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled call within 15 minutes of the start time, that session will be treated as 'completed' and deducted from your package balance. If an installment payment fails or is late, all coaching services—including live calls, manuscript reading, and email support—will be immediately paused. Services will only resume once the outstanding balance is paid in full. The expiration timeline of your package will not be extended due to pauses caused by late payments. All story concepts, manuscript pages, and personal data shared during our coaching engagement are strictly confidential. Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. I will never share your work or use your story concepts without your explicit, written consent. Book coaching is a collaborative, subjective process. While I provide professional guidance to elevate your work, I cannot guarantee publication, agent representation, or specific commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, my total liability for any claim arising out of this contract is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for this coaching package.
