Ink and Brew Writer's Club

Ink and Brew Writer's Club is held every second Friday of the month at the beautiful and inspiring building 'The Fold' in Leamington Spa, a refurbished 19th century church building.

The event offers time and space to write, connect with other writers and enjoy a tea or coffee to start your weekend off with a bit of creativity. Think of it as a 'bitesized' version of our day retreats.

Whether you're writing your first novel, short stories and poems or working on travel writing or non-fiction, this is your space to connect and write over unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks in an exclusive, inspiring room just for us.

You'll begin with a drink and 30 minutes relaxing in the communal area of The Fold to talk with the rest of our writing community about your writing and discuss any challenges or achievements you've had. You'll then have 1.5 hours to take time for yourself and focus on getting some writing done in the board room with relaxing music in the background.

How it works

Book your ticket in advance via our website.

We'll send you an email 24 hours before to remind you of how to get to The Fold and where to park, plus any other information you might need to know for that particular event.

When you arrive, check in at the front desk and order your first drink from the hatch and get to know the other writers. For dairy free coffees there is the option of oat milk.

After thirty minutes of time to chat, you'll head to our exclusive room to  knuckle down and enjoy an hour and a half of writing time with relaxing music on in the background.
